Day 1
Day 1 of the User Group Meetings typically takes place at a venue outside PDC’s offices to provide an environment that offers the space, facilities, and setting needed for productive presentations, discussions, and networking. We carefully select locations that create a comfortable and engaging experience for all participants while supporting the collaborative nature of the event.
Following the first day’s sessions, we invite all attendees to join us for a networking dinner. The dinner provides an informal setting for continued discussions, knowledge sharing, and relationship building among industry peers, We strive to select attractive venues for both the meeting and the dinner, ensuring a memorable experience that combines professional value with excellent hospitality.
Day 2
Day 2 of the User Group Meeting takes place at PDC’s premises, giving attendees the opportunity to visit our offices and experience the company in its own environment. Many participants value this part of the event, as it provides a closer connection to PDC, our culture, and the people behind the solutions. Hosting the second day at our offices creates a more informal setting that encourages open dialogue, collaboration, and direct interaction with both PDC staff and the development team.

In 2024, 2025 and for 2026 PDC hosted User Group Meetings at the remarkable Home of Carlsberg, providing attendees with a unique setting that combined history, architecture, and modern conference facilities.
