Gantt Panes

The Gantt panes feature a wide range of filtering, sorting and other customisation options, adjustable by each user.
Different views can also be setup and saved by each user.
All Gantt panes can be viewed on a single screen, or can be viewed individually, customisable by each user.

All flight legs synchronised from the PDC FlightTime and FlightOps applications

Margin display: Aircraft Type and short registration

Pairings created with information such as layover, flight legs, transportation

Margin display options: Pairing ID, Base, Icon, Type, Check in UTC, Check in Base & Cost

Margin display options: CrewCode, Crew Name, Position, Base, Aircraft Type Qualified for, Alert/Warning or information Icon(s), Rank, Work Pattern, Seniority, Crew Groups, Nickname, 5 customisable comments sections, Configurable counters such as block hours, vacation balances, days off, night stops, etc. 

When it becomes necessary for activities which are not related to flying to be displayed in a Gantt chart for easy analysis, the Non-Flying pane comes in handy as a user can define which non-flying activity(s) to be displayed.

Current day of operation with a specified time range before and after the current time together with some additional information on each line such as check in time.

All resources such as training facilities are managed and assigned from this pane.

Display of daily crew availability, planned activity quantities vs actual crew assigned and divisible by groups. This provides a quick glance at planned vs actual manpower requirements.

Government/Regulatory Rules

All regulatory regulations are coded into PDC FlightCrew, with the option to receive soft alerts when approaching regulatory limits. Rule variables can also be defined and configured to trigger alerts by the system administrator(s).

Company Rules

Company rules can also be configured in PDC FlightCrew. It is also possible to define other rules, such as FRM principles.

Union Rules

Crew members can be allocated a union ruleset, or a default ruleset can be applied where appropriate.

All rule types are clearly defined to support appropriate management by exception and are highly customisable.

  • All dialogs can be customised by users to display in local, UTC or base time throughout the system
  • The Gantt can also be defined to display in any station time
