PDC StaffPlan provides powerful scheduling tools, intuitive search functions, and all relevant information in a user-friendly interface. It allows planning at multiple levels, from overall duty hours to detailed task assignments down to the minute.

With PDC Plan, shift planning considers multiple factors simultaneously, ensuring a well-balanced approach to:

FunctionPlan is PDC’s browser-based planning module (PC and tablet) that plans around functions — the tasks, duties and locations that need covering — rather than around individual employees, ideal for departments where staff rotate across changing tasks and hours. It integrates two-way with StaffPlan (the system of record for pay approval and reporting), and employees submit their wishes and preferences through MyPlan.

  • Web module for PC and tablet, with plans built from group columns and function sub-columns structured per department

TeamPlan is PDC’s team-leader app (mobile, tablet and browser) for managing a team’s daily roster — viewing shifts and status, covering absences from a ranked call-in list, handling shift exchanges, and registering absence and overtime, connected to StaffPlan.
